Frequent questions

When will you restock?
We endeavour to restock our main plant lines every week. Certain plant species may only be available during certain seasons. If you would like to know specifically when a certain species is being restocked feel free to contact us as team@urbanlush.com.au.

All promotional and discount codes can be applied at checkout. Prices will thenbe automatically adjusted.
What is your return policy?
To be eligible for a return of any plants or goods, you must send us photographic evidence of the damaged or dead plant or faulty good within 48 hours of receiving delivery. Please note we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. You can find more details about our 'Refunds and Returns Policy' here.
How do I return and/or exchange my order?
Please contact our team at team@urbanlush.com.au after having read our 'Refunds and Returns Policy'.
Once our team approves your plant or goods for a return or refund, we will be in touch with one of our delivery drivers to pick-up your item. Once it has been picked-up and is in the same condition as upon delivery, a refund or exchange will be issued. Please note we cannot refund the delivery charge, only the amount for the plant/ goods to be refunded. You can find more details about our 'Refunds and Returns Policy' here.
When will my order ship?
All orders should arrive between 1-7 business days from order date. All orders are currently being delivered on Fridays unless the 'Premium Delivery' option has been selected. Our 'Premium Delivery' service provides next day delivery for orders placed before 12pm (delivery is unavailable on Sundays). You can find more information about our 'Shipping Policy' here.
